Rep Registration (Short Term)

Create a form for reps to register their departments. Form includes the following:

• Department Name
• Department coordinator name and email
• registrant name and email
• names of all current department reps and emails

This form is sent to GSA President and VP Internal, who will then modify rep spreadsheet and listserv manually.

I'm not sure how the last two fields work together:

• registrant name and email
• names of all current department reps and emails

I guess when someone is registered they should either fill an empty spot or replace someone, is that not the case? Either that or the entire list of representatives should be submitted at one time, after department elections prior to the first day of fall classes, which is how I read the constitution.

I think it would be best if the registrant identified as many new reps as they wanted in a single registration. The new reps would be replacing specified reps. Then the registration would know which reps to remove. Is this possible?

Any motion on this short-term registration? At the very least we need a functioning registration system before start of Fall Quarter 2014.
