[x] Testing PASS on IOS (CI/CD pipeline: dotenv-ios-test)
[x] Testing PASS on Android (CI/CD pipeline: dotenv-android-test)
[x] Dotenv implementation reviewed & approved
[x] Documentation updated on Collab (Campus Mobile + CI/CD)
[x] Update CI/CD experimental pipelines with dotenv configuration
[x] Dotenv PR merged to experimental
[x] Flutter dotenv campus mobile config - team distribution
