Integrate Scandit Web SDK

This task is to integrate the Scandit Web SDK

This is done when:

[x] Confirm Color inversion enabled
[x] Confirm Zoom factor cannot be modified on iOS
[x] Confirm Camera cannot be set to Full_HD
[x] Set scanner area to full screen
[x] Remove Camera direction toggle icon
[x] Identify and resolve a discrepancy with the settings/SDK hosting (discrepancy between cloudfront and CMS regarding 3mm data matrix scanability)
[x] Add Scanner text area

- [x] Successful scan: "Ready to submit"
[x] Add Scanner submit button

[x] Integrate Aim and Scan UI
- [x] Provide a condensed scanner overlay (100x100px or less) to improve data matrix scanability as recommended by Scandit (https://support.scandit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031774272-What-kind-of-UI-should-I-implement-for-my-use-case-)
[x] Integrate ScanData V2 API
- [x] Use query parameters "token" and "affiliation" to POST to ScanData V2 API
- [x] Add error handling for when a scan POST returns 4xx or 5xx error
