Summary

Adds a mechanism for authenticating users into WebReg Mobile.

Changelog

[General] [Add] - Added SSO authentication to grant users access to WebReg Mobile from either Campus Mobile or a login popup.

Test Plan

Verify that users can be authenticated from Campus Mobile or from fresh login.
