rserver_monitor(): log status of the different processes to ~/.config/rsc/rsession-monitor.log #101

For the sake of troubleshooting, the internal rserver_monitor() could log the status of each process it checks, and what actions it took. The proposed log file would be ~/.config/rsc/rsession-monitor.log (currently non-existing).
