When doing:
$ rsc start --port=random &
we don't know really know when server is available. It would be handy to have:
$ rsc wait
which will wait for the rserver to be available. This can be done by polling for config files rserver.pid, rserver.hostname, and rserver.port.
rserver
rserver.pid
rserver.hostname
rserver.port
The default could be to return hostname and port:
$ rsc wait c4-n1 30491
