rsc status: report on timestamps for the lock file #99

Oh, already implemented in the develop branch;

$ bin/rsc status 
rserver: not running
rsession: not running
rserver monitor: not running
SSH reverse tunnel (optional): not running
lock file: exists (/home/alice/.config/rsc/pid.lock [0 bytes; 2024-01-18 09:35:38)])
$ bin/rsc --version
