I'm running the last steps of the testing of the develop version. If it goes all OK, then I'm doing another release. It's a small one this time - but there are some important bug fixes, cf. https://github.com/UCSF-Costello-Lab/LG3_Pipeline/blob/develop/NEWS.md

@ivan108, please let me know if you think I should hold back.

LG3_Pipeline 2018-10-27 released and deploy as the new default on TIPCC.
