@shuntsman-ucsf needs access to the bug fix in Issue #114 on TIPCC. I think this warrants a new release.

@ivan108, have you ran through the tests on the develop branch recently? If not, we/I should do that before releasing the next version.

I added exomeQualityPlots integration, which I guess is not covered by tests, except lg3-status now shows if all steps of exomeQualityPlots are completed...

Ok, so I'll start testing after Issue #118 has been resolved.

New version tested and released. I've also deployed it on TIPCC;

$ module load CBC lg3
$ lg3 --version
2018-12-20 (commit f1e1307)
