lg3 run PostMut: Does not respect ./lg3.conf #167

Clarification: lg3 run PostMut itself will pickup ./lg3.conf, but the job script will in turn call shell scripts after having changed the working directory, which means those shell scripts failed to locate ./lg3.conf.
