Add FollowUp vignette #12

Adds a vignette, code (.Rmd) and knit (.html), for following up on cyclone pipeline outputs to generate additional visualizations and cell frequency statistics by making use of with dittoSeq.

For now, adding them to the top-level folder rather than plugging them in to the 'cyclone' package itself because we are unable, at least currently, to share the materials needed for fully recreating the vignette outputs.

Per group meeting today, functions from this vignette should be extracted into the cyclone package.
