created single Singularity image for all process steps
modified the pipeline configuration to follow a more modular, simplified design
base.config defines the overarching pipeline parameters, such as profiles and constituent configuration files
parameters.config defines the operational parameters for the computational steps carried out by the pipeline e.g. gatk_vf_cluster_size
directories.config defines the locations to the files containing information such as reference genome, output results, sample sheet...etc.
containers.config defines the location to the appropriate containers, as well as the resource allocations for each computational step. ONLY RELEVANT IF -profile hpc is used
conda.config defines the locations to the appropriate YAML environment files. ONLY RELEVANT IF -profile local is used
