ROBUSTNESS: /home/shared/cbc/bashrc should assert ~/.bashrc not ~/.bash_profile #4

/home/shared/cbc/bashrc script should warn / assert that it is used in ~/.bashrc and not in ~/.bash_profile. The latter is not used by non-interactive sessions such as compute jobs.
