PDFs do not load on Android browsers #37

PDFs, such as the ones on the constitution or election norms page, do not load on android browsers. The Firefox and DuckDuckGo apps display an empty area, while the Chrome browser replaces it with a button to download the PDF that was there.

It looks like this depends on the browser used as Mull Browser actually works fine to display them.
