Issues with RCC and thinlinc setup #1

Hi! Do the RCC instructions work? I don't see any module called Anaconda3/5.3.0 Am I missing something? Also, how to I get the directory /project2/soci40133 and the bash script run_me.sh? Thanks for your help!

I couldn't log into Thinlinc and realized I need to set up an account at RCC first, which needs PI Cnet ID or something. Can you provide more information about this?

Hi! I couldn't login into ThinLinc either because of "Authentication failure. Please check your username and password." Although I'm completely sure I'm using the correct CNETID and password, I'm doing it from Mexico, I don't know if that could be a factor. I would appreciate any thoughts.

Same here--I couldn't log in with my CNET and password.

Hello! Sorry friends, about the RCC issues - we have just got access for you all, and I will be fixing the script soon and you will see an update. Hold on tight!

Hi @bhargavvader I still can't seem to log in at https://midway2-login2.rcc.uchicago.edu/main/ with my cnet id (ldinh) and password. Do you have any suggestions?

@dtmlinh , that's odd. Can you please write me an e-mail with your issue, and I can forward it to the RCC?
