We need to call them again and learn about why they think there are particular limitations.

This is sort of a repetition of #8 but we will keep this for notes solely about EOspace meetings. @Natalie-Orrantia Maybe if you could put your notes from the last one in here?

Previous notes are VERY messy, I'm including the BULK of the notes (the rest was offhanded word defs and more physics equations believe it or not); I will work on making a concise google doc of what was comprehensible and what I actually pulled out in terms of understanding from the entire call, BUT FOR NOW:
