Thermal budgeting:

[ ] All storage temperatures in sheet (Everyone if they have a part)
[ ] All operating temperatures in sheet
[ ] Find out how to calculate thermal outputs (at least roughly)

Design:

[x] Research Hammamatsu replacement? @Aadarsh137 @vredwine
[x] Answer Nats questions
[ ] Up to date technical drawing @knightss27 + @Natalie-Orrantia
[ ] Downlink beacon link budget

Procurement:

[ ] FSM stuff (@vredwine + @eynoy )

Lab work:

[x] Go in sometime and make a plan for actually collimating stuff (@mayashahmcdaniel + @vredwine )

On quadcell options:

seems like Silicon can sometimes barely detect 1064 but at barely any responsivity (peak silicon is only ever around 0.6 A/W).
every InGaAs quadcell I'm seeing has peak around 1550 but can detecto 1064 to around 0.6 A/W
