93 create csv aw #102

I have prepared the emu_raw.csv file for publication. I have included pdf conversion step in the preparation script, but for now I haven't removed this part from the paper.qmd, as we need to agree how to tackle this. I would suggest we load the emu dataset with data(emu) function and perform data cleaning on this, even though the text_clean column already exists

@cforgaci , thanks for the review! I have incorporated your comments. I've also updated the lock.file ( some packages are not compatible between the two of us, but I don't think it's a problem for now).

Please have a look and approve if no further changes needed
