`renv::restore()` failing #127

@Selkubi and myself are experiencing this issue - we cannot restore the environment from renv. It might have to do with the incompatibilities between package versions for different operating systems ( see the discussion here

New developers should use renv::install(), as described in https://rstudio.github.io/renv/articles/packages.html
