Even though we do not provide the original raw data (PDFs and metadata from the TU Delft education repository), it should be clear in what order we ran those legacy scripts in the supplementary materials folder. I suggest we number the files to show the sequence. Also, there is some overlap between the scripts and some parts are not used, so the content needs to be checked as well.
[x] Check and clean the content of the scripts
[x] Indicate the order in which the scripts were run in the file names
[x] Add a README.md file to explain how the scripts were run
The file list should look like this:
1-merge-metadata-files.R - renamed to 1-prepare-metadata.R
~2-clean-metadata.R~ - removed and the following two file names renumbered
