Configure binder to use a pre-built container #153

With the current configuration, Binder builds everything from scratch and thus takes a lot of time to start. To make this a useful (and used) tool for reproducibility, it should be speeded up. One way to do this is to pre-build a container on every push in the repository. More on this here
