Attachment of change orders to a RedLine document.

List:

• Load in Change Orders
• Add, edit, and delete Change Orders from RedLine
• Drag change orders to the RedLine canvas and pin them.
• Change Order drawing pins(svg).
• View an attached change order's information in the drawing menu.
• Change Order RSB Tab
  • Draggable change order cards.

Only thing left for change orders is the ability to accept or reject an order from RedLine.
