Attaching a punchlist item or issue to the redline canvas:

Top-level view: all current project punchlist folders and lists.
Drilled folder's sub-folders and punchlists
Drilled punchlist's items
Drilled item's issues
Adding, editing, deleting a punchlists, items, and issues
Dragging item or issue to canvas.
Drawing menu details for items or issues.
