Fix 2 typos #17

@tombuckley fixed two typos in the UrbanSim simulation framework documentation (before it was refactored out as part of the creation of orca). Applying those same 2 edits to the current orca docs.

These are obvious typo fixes to the documentation, so safe to merge. The failing tests are unrelated and are resolved by #18.
