Preparing v0.6 release #150

This PR prepares the Pandana v0.6 release.

Previously merged:

vectorized calculation of many shortest path routes at once (PR #142)
usability fix for network.plot() (PR #147, thanks @fillipefeitosa!)

This PR:

updates version numbers, change logs, and docs
harmonizes code style
adds notes in docstrings for functions that have been added or modified in v0.5 or v0.6
updates README
no changes to the demo notebook, but i confirmed that it still runs

Travis is slow, but the tests are passing locally.

Release logistics:

[x] update live docs
[x] release on pypi
[x] release on conda-forge
[x] merge dev to master and tag on GitHub
