removing winaccess #19

It'd be nice, if appropriate, to completely remove these from the project history to cut down the repo size a bit. https://help.github.com/articles/remove-sensitive-data#purging-a-file-from-your-repositorys-history

Coverage remained the same when pulling 929abe016401a41e05179915d322b9cb0dfc3d89 on remove-winaccess into 8d543d1cda065a75ca567fd1321585799d9937c5 on master.

OK, that sounds good. I think we should permanently remove the large notebooks too (and add them back in a smaller form).
