When it comes to synthesis I think we should formulate it so that the entire synthesis runs on just one geographic unit at a time. So there wouldn't even be any for-loops in synthesize
, the inputs would only have the contents of one of those loops.
We want to push all those loops to the highest level possible so if we want to run them in parallel it's pretty trivial.
