add request headers #71

i was getting a 403 trying to download gtfs from riverside (and others) because they require more headers. this solved it. #72

Thanks @knaaptime ! Before we review the PR, can you create an issue for what this solves with a reproducible code example (in a notebook ideally) and what version of urbanaccess you were using? Once thats in we can take a look here.
