Description

Moves certain UEPseudo files to be in proper locations to simplify later PRs

Type of change

[x] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Will require changes to includes if mods happened to use these files.

How Has This Been Tested?

Builds; no changes to functionality
