Support for teams

Many tournaments have teams and one (or more?) team rounds, where the scores of the members of each team are added together to find the best team.

I imagine that we'd want to :

• Specify that a Round is a team round, and the number of players per team
• Create teams of TournamentPlayers, each with a team name
• Calculate team scores
• Display the results of the team tournament
• Add team results to the WDD import CSV files

Team members would have to be kept apart when seeding boards. May need new power assignment options.
