Experience API - standardHTTPS is not used for CloudHub #21

When running against experience api's that are deployed to CloudHub the tool looks for standardHTTPS to be used. standardHTTPS shouldn't be used since that's part of the domain project and that doesn't apply to CloudHub API's.

@cjnickel Side note - this PR https://github.com/UFGInsurance/mulint/pull/18 fixes the incorrect mock warnings on that project. It just needs a review. :)
