Issue 127 muon fit bs 2018 #130

Adding muon pt, phi, ptErr and muPairs mass, massErr, pt, ptErr using the refitted track with the beamspot constraint.

Test ntuples are available in

from andrew B : One interesting validation plot to make would be a 2D ptErr(BS) vs. ptErr(default), muon-by-muon; or (ptErr(BS) - ptErr(default)) / ptErr(default), to make sure the pT uncertainties don't change much.
