Engine and UI decoupled #49

Finished decoupling detector engine from UI side.
Some documentation fixes in order to look better in Doxygen docs.
Minor issue fixes.

I am experiencing regular crashes when resizing the window while having the detection process running & display webcam during detection checked. Still investigating. Do you experience anything like that in Ubuntu?

In which commit you have the crashes? I don't have them in Ubuntu in the newest commit 952cc0d. Did you do full clean+build?

Seems to also happen with the previous version. Other than that everything seems to work great. Thanks
