Scroll to the newest video in video list

When starting the program, show the newest video. Currently the oldest is shown.
When new video is added, scroll video list to show it
- but if video list is somewhere else than on newest video, leave it there and don't scroll.
Could also show the newest video on top.

952cc0d fixes this but there's one problem: when resizing window back and forth the scroll bar slider moves up therefore turning auto-scroll off.
