When editing a dataset a resource may be added. An added resource has the date modified attribute. All entities do and the date created is not updated when the modification is done to a resource as in editing the path or type of an existing resource. When the date modified is set to the default start date in .net, there will be an error "datetime2" conversion. Essentially, the date modified must always be set.
