Per UN OCHA in June:
-Formatting of service address links are not uniform and some have bullets some don't
-Would like to merge the info in the UN OCHA database ( COD-NET )
-Show the most recent deployments for each country

The sheet is updated to show most recent per COD country and more uniform formatting in address lists per July 26 update. Still working on the merge. May make this more automated so that the importJSON function may be used.
