For images and galleries across the website, two tooltips appear when you hover over an image. The black tooltip displays the "caption" attribute and the white tooltip displays the "title" attribute. This "title" attribute is also used for the lightbox captions. We want the white tooltip to disappear, essentially.
A couple options, hide the white tooltip on hover, but not for the lightbox.
Or, make the lightbox caption pull from the "caption" attribute for the image and remove the "title" from every image.
