Add UGS report link to "Hazardous (Quaternary age) faults layer" #67

Why do you feel this application needs what you're requesting? This is something for the next app release. I'd like to add a link to the pop-ups for "Hazardous (Quaternary age) faults layer." Right now, there is a link for some faults ("detailed report") which goes to the USGS website. The USGS no longer updates their websites with new fault studies, including the reports that we publish. It is important that the fault mapping that we add to the database has a reference that can be easily tracked down. Since USGS isn't updating their website, we need to refer to our reports.

Describe the solution you'd like and why it builds value I would like a link to be added to the pop-up for "Hazardous (Quaternary age) faults layer." It could look something like this: Most Recent UGS report: McDonald and others, 2020 (link to "UGS_link" column)

This will not be a field that will be populated for each fault, as some faults have been recently mapped by UGS, and some havent
