Interactive Map: Missing Maps: OFR-296 #22

Describe the bug No map for Ripple Valley Quad, Knolls Quad, Mills Junction Quad, or Deseret Peak Quad, though other maps are present from the same publication (OFR-296). These quads are not searchable, and appear to be missing from the publications list (i.e., in UGSPubs05102021.csv).

Expected behavior Map from publication displayed in map viewer; map/quad to be searchable. If several maps from the publication are accessible, all should be.

Additional context Can find same publication by searching for OFR-296-K (Knolls 2 SE Quad, but on searchable as "Knolls plate Quad").

Add or check on footprint list @lance-weaver and @marshallrobinson check on publication list. Provide a list with timelines for completion.

Will explore when DMP GIS Analyst starts next month. Possible timeline: 3-6 months.
