I need to add some data to this application - Readings table #10

Description of data you're adding to an existing layer/database The data are for sites 138 and 139.

For site 138 please append the emailed file labeled chwentupload04212020.csv to the existing data for that site.

For site 139 please delete all the reading data for that site in the database and replace with the data in emailed file labeled chwnvjupload04212020.csv

Also can you adjust the land surface elevation at both sites to 4349.55?

Once you submit this issue, your data will be reviewed and checked off by the following people (using Github): -Product Manager -Data Manager -Technical Reviewer (only the text within the database/app: if it's in full sentence format) -Web Services Manager

This has been finished - waiting on review from Stefan Kirby, the product manager. The data is not in full-sentence format so probably doesn't need to be reviewed by the Technical Reviewer.
