BUG: Where is DTW info? #41

Open LucyJordan opened 1 year ago

LucyJordan commented 1 year ago

What happened?

  1. download water level data from the portal for wells 138 384149109400902 CHWENT 139 384149109400901 CHWNVJ 140 384022109400401 SMCENT 141 384022109400402 SMCNVJ
  2. the csv file contains a column titled Measured DTW, which is defined in the header as: "Measured DTW is the depth to water (in feet) from the top of the casing; as measured by the logger or by manual tape measurement" .
  3. the values in that column are not DTW

What did you expect to happen?

I can't tell where the values in the Measured DTW column are coming from, but they are not DTW. For example, SMCNVJ well's DTW should be around 275 feet. For CHWENT, the Measured DTW should be negative, since this is an artesian well. I tried the four wells below and none have the depth of water above transducer converted to DTW. 138 384149109400902 CHWENT 139 384149109400901 CHWNVJ 140 384022109400401 SMCENT 141 384022109400402 SMCNVJ
