Photos not showing at Muddy Creek sites #10

Muddy Creek photos not showing on the core application. Mike V asked Martha to look into this problem since the photos are on the Server.

Muddy Creek sites 1 through 5 now contain photos in the application.

The fix for these sites was in the photograph table - the UWI in the photo table had 0000 where S000 should have been. For example, at one site the UWI was 43-015-30358-0000. I changed that UWI to 43-015-30358-S000 (S replaced one of the zeroes). Once I fixed the photo table UWI, I reran our python script to change the Photograph field in the Well_Records table from "No" to "Yes."

The other Muddy Creek sites - #1 Muddy Creek Jacobson, #MC-18-AL Muddy Creek, #MC-21-AL Muddy Creek, #MC-56A-TC Muddy Creek/No Horn Coal, #MC-8-Fp Muddy Creek, Muddy Creek 109-C, Muddy Creek 83-(1-8), Muddy Creek 84-9, Muddy Creek 84-(14 and 17), Muddy Creek 89-(9 and 14), and Muddy Creek Hole 3 do not appear to have photos on the Server.

Mike V indicated that Muddy Creek 1 - 5 were the only ones that needed to be fixed. Peter is going to need to add the above change to his Access database so that both databases are in-sync.

Mike also asked me to look into the following sites (emails dated Aug 10, 2020 - core photograph folders):

these are also not showing up online (reason the photos are not showing up in the application): 43047515090000_Aurora 15-8-7-20 (no photo table records) 43013503510000_14X-22-46 photos (there is no data in the well_records or inventory to relate these photos to) 4304700040T000_Asphalt Ridge North BCE 5-4 4304700041T000_Asphalt Ridge North BCE 5-2 4304700042T000_Asphalt Ridge South BCE 31-1 4304700043T000 - Asphalt Ridge South BCE 31-2 4304700044T000_Asphalt Ridge South BCE 31-4

Mike asked for a list of all the photo folders on the Server. I sent it to him and he ended up finding over 50 core photo folders that are not in the application... The email is dated Aug 11, 2020. Peter is on vacation right now but is supposed to work with me to figure this out when he gets back.

Yes, there are 50+ wells with core photos that should be available online but aren't for some reason, plus Peter indicted on Thursday (Aug. 13) that there are several more well with core photos that need to be "processed" before they can go online.

I believe they are not showing up because they haven't gone through Peter's "processing" yet. They appear in the file folder, but only as a holding location right now. Eventually, Peter will do his thing to his tables so we can then add them to the database so that those photos will appear in the application.

Having photos in the folder that do not show up in the app is not a bug if those photos are still in a processing phase (i.e. still need to be processed). Let's wait for Peter to chime in.

Is the initial issue that was brought up taken care of yet? If so, let's close the issue.
