Mobile tab switching may need instructions? #2

Jessica Castleton was having issues with the mobile version of the app. I'm assuming because there are no instructions to switch to the "Site Info" tab after selecting a site.

Consider adding a sentence or two explaining how to work the mobile version with the tab views.

Added a couple sentences to mobile version. "Use the search tools below to filter map results. After selecting a site, view collecting details in the Site Info tab to the right."

I also added an outline for the tab not selected (similar to the main menu buttons) to indicate that that is a selectable button.
