false color imagery added to basemaps? #10

@jjhi11

The false color imagery is very helpful in the Wetland Plant App. Is there any way you could add that same layer to this app as well? It would be really helpful for me when I am talking to a property owner and trying to get a sense of whether a parcel actually has wetlands on it.

It would also be great to reduce the number of basemaps down to the same number that are in the Wetland Plant App now.

Sure, im pretty sure it could be added without too much updating. Is there a charge code for this one?

@jjhi11 What is the status of this? I think you had to update the underlying code before making that change, is that right?
