@dmenuz Yeah have them try this.
For Chrome, do the following:
In the browser menu, go to Settings > Advanced > System. Click the Use hardware acceleration when available toggle key. Click the Relaunch to restart your browser.
That should work. Only other thing I can think of off hand is making sure they have WebGL enabled. This url should tell them. https://get.webgl.org/

Someone from the public called me today with issues using the mapper. The mapped loaded, but none of the imagery or spatial data showed up and most of the screen was just white. The user was using Chrome. I had her try control-shift-r but that didn't help anything. Do you have any idea what went wrong? The mapper is working fine on my computer. If this happens again, are there particular questions I should ask the user to help them trouble shoot?
