@wetlandsDiane
I've billed 16 of my 20 hours to UW19 for this fiscal year so far
Im at 164 of 230 hours. According to our internal tracking sheet. I'm still working on landscape data. It is being implemented into the existing code now then I will need to duplicate it for the other 4 scales. The study results data hasnt been touched yet by me.

Hi Jay,
Are those hours all for this fiscal year or do they include last fiscal year as well? Have you moved from billing UW19 to UW20?
Thanks
They are all under uw19 on our spreadsheet

Jay, I'm not sure what version of the spreadsheet you have. I've come up with new hours for the current fiscal year.
Do you know how many of those hours you billed this fiscal year?
I dont. It is one we use here in data services.

Okay. I sent over an updated spreadsheet in August. I pretty much start over again in estimating hours at the start of each fiscal year so I can adjust for any over or under billing we did the previous year. I'll forward you the message where I sent out the new estimates for hours (I don't know how to copy tables into gibhub).
I checked Jodi's close-out spreadsheet to estimate how many hours you spent last year vs. this year. Long and short of it is please only bill 10 more hours to UW19 and then bill the rest of your time to UW20.
Sounds like there is good progress on the landscape data. Is there a working version at one spatial scale we could share with the EPA at the end of the month, if need be?
Do you think you'll have time to do anything with the study results data before the end of the month?
Thanks! Diane
I believe the table found here is what you're referring to? FY22 Grant-Project Hours.
I believe Jay was referring to last FY, but we can follow-up on that next week when he's back in the office.
Hi Marshall,
Yes, that is the table I put together with FY22 numbers. It sounds like Jay may need more time, which is fine, but I'd like to get an estimate so I can update the UGS budget accordingly.
I would also like to figure out what we can do to make sure we have somethign to share with the EPA by the end of this month, even if it is a preliminary pared down version of the ultimate goal.
Thanks

Hello! Can I get an update on this project? I need to deliver something to the EPA by the end of the month with both the landscape data and the study results data. It is okay if it isn't the final live version, but it would be great to have a link to something where the EPA could see the data on an internal version of the mapper. I am going to write up a few sentences to add to the "database contents" part of the mapper to explain the new data, but other than that I don't believe there is anything else I need to get to you guys. Hopefully that static text change won't take too long.
Can I also get an update on where you are at with billing? In my version of the budget, for this fiscal year: Jay has 100 hours for UW19 and 35 for UW20 Martha has 20 hours for UW19 and 10 for UW20 Marshall has 2 hours for UW19 and 2 for UW20
If you run over, you can bill additional hours to UW20, but please also let me know.
I'm going to be in the field Monday through Wednesday next week, so I won't be able to get back to you until Thursday if you have questions.
Thanks!
