I need to update data for a few fields in the huc12 layer #28

-Title: Watershed (HUC12) -Description: A few fields for one record need to be updated due to an error on my end -Point of Contact: Diane Menuz

There is one record in the HUC12 file that needs to have four of the surface water fields updated to null. The other two surface water fields not shown below (the plot and trend) can stay as they are.

Hopefully this is a pretty quick fix!

The record has been updated in the HUC 12 layer
