The Wetland and Riparian Mapping legend specifically is acting strange in this commit d21039d.
The legend appears between the '2nd level' group header and the list of '3rd-level' layers (e.g. Wetlands (non-riverine) - see screenshot).
My expectation is that the legend for each layer appeared below each respective layer. Is this possible?
