Database Contents: "Wetland Condition" vs Legend: "Wetland Field Studies" #57

What happened?

Database contents and the legend name this layer differently.

What did you expect to happen?

@wetlandsDiane, how would you this to be named?

Let's go ahead and change the name back to "Wetland Condition" and put the wetland stressors data under this header as well.
