Why do you feel this application needs what you're requesting?
I want to change the names of the two layers to the following
Wetland Project Information (instead of Wetland Metadata)
Riparian Project Information (instead of Riparian Metadata)
If those names are too long, then we can maybe just call each one Project Information and the wetland vs. riparian component will be clear from the subclasses each are associated with.
Change will need to be made both to how the data show up in the legend as well as how the layer name shows up in the pop-up.
Who has reviewed your database so far (e.g. Schema, Field Types, Topology, etc.)?
